That means moving the ticket counters, customer service offices and main restrooms back where they belong. The first class lounge can also move over.

Steps are also needed to make people more comfortable with waiting in the waiting room. Amtrak has taken the first step by installing air conditioning, but a more effective train departures board and announcement system are needed.
