At first glance the solution seems simple: tear down the buildings above the concourse and then connect the tracks. Unfortunately, they don't line up. We believe that it is possible to move some of the tracks slightly in order to create eight through tracks.

A new concourse could then be constructed at street level.

We are asking the city to fully study this option.
