Step 2: Open Up the Concourse

These changes are needed to make the concourse more functional:

• Move the tickets counters back to the southeast corner of the Main Waiting Room.
• Move the customer service office to the Main Waiting Room.
• Move the concourse level bathrooms.
• Use the newly opened space to improve traffic flows.
